'Piggyback' Saddle Clamp
Saddle clamps are a long-term subsea solution manufactured from a mercury free Polyurethane Elastomer.
Moulded to your specific pipeline geometry, saddles prevent damage to coatings enabling bundling and securing of multiple lines.
F-TEC chemistry is adaptable to produce varying material hardnesses and necessary elasticity characteristics. We produce prototypes, one-off, small batch and repetitive large volume product.
Small scale orders are available with short notice, please allow sufficient lead time for engineered product and tooling design, SIT/FAT (as necessary) and manufacture. To factor us in to your schedule, please contact F-TEC to discuss appropriate timing requirements.
